Accessibility

Golf instruction should be easier to find for everyone.

Phoenix Golf Coaches is working to make its directory, matching tools, accounts, and support content usable by people with a wide range of abilities and assistive technologies.

Our accessibility target

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as our product and testing target. We review keyboard access, focus behavior, page structure, form instructions and errors, accessible names, contrast, zoom and reflow, motion preferences, and compatibility with assistive technology.

Accessibility is an ongoing process. Automated checks help us catch repeatable problems, but they do not replace manual keyboard, screen-reader, zoom, contrast, and usability testing.

How to get help or report a barrier

If something on this website prevents you from finding a coach, completing a form, managing an account, or accessing information, please contact us or email phoenixgolfcoaches@gmail.com.

Tell us the page or feature involved, what you were trying to do, the browser or assistive technology you used, and a way to contact you. Please do not send passwords or payment information. We will review the report and work with you on an accessible alternative when one is needed.

Third-party services

Some website tasks depend on services provided by other companies, including maps, authentication, email, analytics preferences, and payment or billing tools. We include these experiences in our reviews and aim to provide another way to complete a task when a third-party interface creates an accessibility barrier.

Ongoing review

We test representative public journeys before release and recheck accessibility when navigation, forms, maps, account flows, or other important interactions change. Feedback from people who use assistive technology is especially valuable and helps us prioritize fixes.

Encountered an accessibility problem?

Send the page link and a short description of the barrier so we can investigate and help you complete the task.
