1. Accepting these terms

By accessing or using Phoenix Golf Coaches, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be able to form a binding agreement in your location or use the service with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

2. What Phoenix Golf Coaches provides

Phoenix Golf Coaches provides directory, discovery, matching, comparison, profile, claim, review, and inquiry tools. We are not a golf facility, employer, agent, licensing organization, or provider of golf instruction. Coaches and facilities are independent third parties.

Match scores and recommendations are compatibility estimates based on available information. They are not guarantees of availability, qualifications, personal compatibility, safety, or improvement.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access. You may not create accounts for deceptive, fraudulent, or unlawful purposes.

4. Coach profiles, claims, and verification

Creating an account does not establish ownership of a coach listing. Claims and new listing requests may require supporting evidence and administrative review. Only an approved claim may result in editing access. We may reject, suspend, correct, or remove listings that are inaccurate, misleading, unsafe, unlawful, or inconsistent with these terms.

Claimed, claim-approved, published, featured, and verified are distinct statuses. Featured placement, when offered, must be labeled and does not replace relevance or verification disclosures.

5. Lesson inquiries and coach services

An inquiry is a request to connect, not a confirmed appointment. The coach decides whether to accept and how to schedule the request. Coaches independently set prices, availability, payment methods, cancellation rules, refund terms, facility requirements, and the scope of instruction. Confirm these details directly before attending or paying for a lesson.

6. Reviews and submitted content

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience and may be subject to email, lesson, or administrative verification. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant Phoenix Golf Coaches a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, and distribute it as needed to operate and promote the service.

Do not submit private information, impersonation, threats, harassment, discriminatory content, unlawful material, spam, fabricated reviews, or content that infringes another person’s rights. We may moderate or remove content and preserve related records for safety and integrity.

7. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Attempt to bypass authentication, ownership checks, moderation, or access controls.
• Scrape, copy, or republish the directory at scale without permission.
• Use the service to send spam, harvest contact information, or mislead golfers or coaches.
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the service’s security or operation.
• Misrepresent credentials, affiliations, profile ownership, reviews, prices, or availability.

8. Third-party services

The service may link to coach websites, booking tools, maps, social networks, facilities, or other third-party services. Phoenix Golf Coaches does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, transactions, or terms.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that every profile, credential, price, review, facility detail, or availability statement is complete or current. Golf and physical instruction involve risk; evaluate facilities, instructors, health considerations, and safety requirements for yourself.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phoenix Golf Coaches will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service or dealings with a coach, facility, or third party. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

10. Suspension, changes, and governing law

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, comply with law, or maintain the service. We may update these terms as the service changes; continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
